Mid 19th Century Oil Painting of a Young Mason on Lunch Break c.1860s
Wonderful 19th century oil painting depicting a young mason taking a lunch break. In one hand is his bread, the other his drink. He sits high atop his stonework arch that is connected to a wall.
Original oil on canvas. Dimensions 16.5" x 22". The hand made frame measures 20" x 27".
The painting is signed and dated in the lower right corner. The signature is illegible.
Nice antique condition.
