Tirér du Cabinet de Vivant Denon. Impressed on plate on the loweri right corner. The plate is in good conditions, some foxing on the margins. The artwork represents a lithograph realized after an original artwork of the Italian artist and painter Domenico Beccafumi (1486 - 1551). The composition is divided into two parts; the lithograph is totally realized in black and white and, the chiaroscuro defines the volumes and the bodies of the figures. This artwork has been realized by the French artist Louise Bouteillier (Paris, 1783 - Paris, 1828). This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
