The height of … Read more This vintage porcelain Furstenberg Porzellan vase and plate set has a wonderful mid-century silver and gold design. The height of the vase allows it to hold more substantial blooms or branches. Both vase and plate are marked on the bottom with the distinctive Furstenberg 'F' and the vase is stamped 1367/2.

Since 1747 the name FÜRSTENBERG has stood for unique craftsmanship and exclusive manufacturer’s porcelain. Over the course of time, renowned designers, modellers and porcelain painters have shaped the history of the manufactory founded by Duke Carl I. of Brunswick-Wolfenbuettel. FÜRSTENBERG was the second porcelain manufactory to be founded in the German-speaking world which is still producing porcelain today.

Both vase and plate and are in fine condition with no chips. The one flaw appears to be an issue in manufacturing; the design on the plate is not perfectly centered.
