If you are unsatisfied with any of our rugs for any reason, feel free to return for full refund of the purchase price. (shipping charges would be responsibility of buyer). This is a pre-owned rug that was from an estate and may have normal household soiling, light use or wear. We try to photograph or point out any areas of obvious concern. Pre-owned rugs may have some fading, variation of pile color etc from age. We always recommend having a rug cleaned after purchase as we may have only vacuumed. The Chairish Buyer Guarantee ensures that you have complete peace of mind when
making a purchase on Chairish, in the event that your item:
- Does not arrive
- Is broken during transit
- Is entirely different than what you purchased

- Prior to shipping or local pickup, buyers may cancel an order for any reason, with the exception of some Made-to-Order items, where supplies have been purchased or work begun on the item.

- Chairish Express In-Home deliveries are currently only offered for international cross-border shipments.

- Deliveries can take anywhere from 6 to 9 weeks to be delivered.
- Chairish Freight Delivery
- Delivered in a crate, to your front door.
