High quality workmanship typical of E F Caldwell from this Era ( circa 1900) with such attention to detail such as the silvered sharply cast vine ivy decoration on the outer border of each candelabra arm . Note that even each arm was afforded a chain string on/off mechanism incase you wanted only one bulb to be on in each sconce ! That's attention to detail and extra high quality manufacturing.
