A beautiful and very elegant American glass and sterling silver tazza or compote piece, circa early 20th century, USA. A substantial art glass tazza by American maker Duchin Creation. Top is clear art glass with a starburst design and scalloped rim. Piece has a substantial top platter area. The silhouette showcases the Art Deco American design. Piece can be used as a platform for hors d'oeuvres, petitfours, dessert, cheese, etc. Piece can also be used as cake stand for tart, quiche, pie. With makers' mark "Duchin Creation" and "Sterling" on the round base.
Piece measures: 11.5" Diameter top x 4.8" Height.
