This magnificent ventru pitcher with thick and rustic shapes comes from the village of La Borne en Puisaye. Made of sandstone, it is decorated with numerous and deep pyrites. The part gives off a massive, authentic and touching presence of simplicity.
The sandstone pitcher carries the tampon of the Charles Gaudry workshop, certainly from Michel Dumont's hand. It is in very good condition. The ceramics are thick, nicely worked.
