Henry Warren (1794-1879). He was a British artist known for his Landscape. Genre painter, watercolourist and occasional designer for wood-engraving. His artworks are present in important collections such as Victoria and Albert Museum, London, National Portrait Gallery, London. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker.
