A pair of original mid-century oil paintings matted with an off-white linen and framed in a hand carved, gilded, wooden frame.
The paintings form a pair. One of the painting depicts a white hibiscus in a planter against an eggplant colored background. The other painting depicts white calla lilies in a similar pot and with the same background.
The combination of the eggplant purple and dark leafy green withstands all passing of time!
One of the paintings has on its backside a third painting of a dreamy, overgrown pond.
All 3 paintings are signed.
