This playful figurine of an Elephant was made by Villeroy & Boch France for the Animal Park Series.By Rosemary Benedikt. It is signed by the maker on the bottom and by the artist on the hindquarter. This exemplar is in excellent condition. All items from the series are quite rare as they had limited production running exclusively in 1998. This little one brightens every space it inhabits with its bright white bone china, whimsical form and Picasso-esque colorful decoration. Excellent condition. Made in France.
