Exquisite Japanese hand painted relieve sculpture, decorative plates - the painting is not flat. They are high relief sculptures— they look like the dragons are calming out of the plates! Pictures do not do the justice! The plates have a thin black rim with the paintings on the two sides and persimmon colored center.
