Oil on Board of Talmudic Scholar. Attributed to Cydney Grossman (1909-1982). He is known for his figures, portraits, and clown paintings. Also signed on the back. Uncle C. Grossman 88 Hillendale Rd Westport ,CT 06880. Perhaps this is a family heirloom or the family was related to Grossman.
