Small oval side table decorated on the frieze with eight different jasperware medallions. Original surface with pleasing color. The hinged lid opens to reveal a storage area for sewing implements. The top shows several evenly distributed shrinkage cracks. The old green silk storage bag hanging beneath is shredded with age and should be replaced or removed. Measures 15 5/8" x 10 1/8" x 28 1/2" tall. Presents well. A charming and attractive piece - highly formal and neoclassical with thin lines and small proportions. Perfect for use as a side table.
