Lovely cream, green, and tan majolica condiment set with a grape and vine motif. Very English or French in style. The collection consists of:
*oil & vinegar cruets with stoppers ( 2.5"Dia x 3.5"H, with stoppers; 2.75" w/o stoppers);
*mustard jar with lid & glass spoon (1.75"Dia. x 3" H, with lid, 2.5" w/o lid);
*salt & pepper (1.6"Dia. x 2.5"H).
*matching tray w/ handle, (6.5"W x 5"D).
All pieces marked "Made in Japan" or "Japan" indicating fabrication between 1921 and 1947 or after 1952. We believe them to be from the earlier period.
Good vintage condition; age appropriate crazing and minor glaze chips, S&P need replacement corks for fill holes, mustard spoon with broken handle (as shown).
Free local pickup; otherwise shipped in an 8 " x 8" x 8" box via economical UPS ground.
