All cushions are gently squeezed together to create the structure of the seat, but at the same time they are easily removed. A very clever design. The chair features the solid wooden base (as opposed to the wooden frame with strapping on other variations) and the thin blackened steel apron. Unusually comfortable and positively gorgeous, the chair remains in excellent overall condition.

Condition Report: Very good original condition; upholstery remains clean and a very nice presentation with no notable blemishes other than some all-over light fading from sunlight; chrome is in excellent condition with only minor scuffs and no observed pitting; incredibly comfortable and of a very high quality throughout.
