The seat has no staining issues and has minimal wear on the top, back wrung and a tiny chip on the bottom leg of the lyre, which does not affect its charm, stability or structure. It does have a “dedication” note taped to the underneath of its seat—I did not have the heart to remove it. A Great Grandfather had given this chair to his Great Grandchildren… less
