Made as an end-piece for a line of wall units, it also functions on its own as a curio, display or china cabinet. The lower section features a single, solid wood hinged door enclosing a storage area with one solid wood adjustable shelf. The upper section features a framed wood hinged door with beveled glass insert enclosing a display area with a solid wood floor, 3 adjustable glass shelves with plate grooves and dimmable light. The exterior features simple crown and base moldings and fluted pilasters. Simple lines blend with many design styles. Requires approx 19” on each wall of a corner (may vary based on the thickness of your base and chair moldings, etc). Scaled for today’s smaller spaces but spacious enough for storing tableware. Originally purchased as a display cabinet for the formal entry of a Hudson Valley NY estate home, it was later used for china and crystal storage in a small breakfast room. See less
