Luggage restoration dream - vintage pre-war Canadian McBrine Luggage of Kitchener,Ontario, steamer trunk with original tray insert and original leather handles still intact.
Surface rust to hardware, easily removed, finish can be left as is or restored to former deep blue color. LIVERPOOL sticker attached, likely from when owner made the voyage from Canada to England.
There is a serial number of 302284 inscribed to the handle.
McBrine was a supplier to the Canadian Dental Corps arm of the Canadian military during WW2, possible the serial number is reference to similar type of supply for another group during the war effort.
