Quistgaard for Digsmed in the early 1960s and made in Langå, Denmark at the Trævarefabrik workshop of Richard Nissen. It is slightly angled to capture juices, features a round carved raised and textured center to hold the meat in place, and it has two triangular incisions on the bottom/rear side that make it possible to hang and display on a wall.

It measures 14.5" in diameter, 1.25" in height, and its round base is 13.25" in diameter. See less
