All original gilding in the finest ormolu gold Dore ( the original mercury gold now tarnished and worn in some areas such as the head neck of one swan consistent with its age of 200 years old antique ). Absolutely the sharpest cast French bronze manufacturer of Empire antiques ( see details in my pictures) . The swans are life like and expressive with all kinds of detailed decorations allover flowing throughout this museum quality pair. Later added antique crystal globe attributed to Baccarat on top flute part of each lamp. See less
