Beautiful condition, keeping in mind that this is vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear even if it has been refinished or restored. Specifically, it has a new dust cover on the back, and it has been professionally cleaned. However, there is still some yellowing or fading on a few of the edges which does not detract from its vintage beauty. Please see photos and zoom in for details as they are part of the condition report. We attempt to portray any imperfections. Circa, Mid to Late 20th Century.

This headboard is the EPITOME of Pretty in PINK!!! It is COMPLETELY FABULOUS comprised of a tierra or crown shaped frame wearing a delightful pink button tufted lush velvet fabric. The edges have some slight fading, but we consider it “perfectly imperfect” as we feel it simply enhances its vintage aesthetic. It is going to be gorgeous in your or your daughter’s bedroom! Certainly not to limit the possibilities of its uses as it will be incredible in any room you choose. All you need is a king-sized mattress and a Hollywood frame OR if you don’t mind the opinion of my mom, who is an EXCEPTIONAL retired interior designer… She would have a hanging mechanism or wall cleat made so that you can attach it to the wall and lift it a little higher, use a platform rather than a Hollywood frame, and toss out the box springs as mattresses today are much taller than they used to be. Annnnnd, Voila! Maximum exposure of the headboard! If that sounds like something you would be interested in, we would be happy to provide a wall cleat upon purchase of the headboard. OR… use a twin-sized mattress and turn it sideways and use it as a daybed fit for a PRINCESS!!! This headboard is incredibly charming exuding a beautiful Hollywood Regency style that you are sure to love for years to come. I mean honestly, what’s NOT to love about pink velvet? We fell in love with it the moment we saw it and know you have too. So do it…. Make it yours!
