The Object Refinery team has intimate knowledge of this famed Saarinen design from years of experience in executing countless restorations for our clients.

This particular pair of Saarinen Executive Arm Chairs was acquired from the Edelman Leather facility and upholstered in their own material. The primary material on the chairs is a phenomenal Edelman Leather hair-on-hide with an abstract engraved design. To contrast, a solid warm gray Edelman Leather hide was used for the piping on the chairs. Object Refinery typically restores authentic Saarinen Executive Chairs to-order, however our team chose to retain these chairs’ original material as they are quite unique and celebrate the premium goods that Edelman Leather has to offer. As they are original, they do show signs of wear, however nothing that takes away from their integrity and timelessness. These authentic Saarinen Executive Chairs for Knoll also retain an IBM property tag indicating their true original owner.
