A house in the background with a smoking chimney and birds perched on the roof. The piece is worked in petit point, using silk and fine wool-like threads on a canvas ground. Colours red, cream, yellow, green and blue. Framed in an old wood frame with rippled, old glass. Mounting: The piece is tacked to a wood stretcher frame. Frame backed with wood and sealed with tape..
