This scatter is totally formal, from the layered medallion with an ivory focus, to the ecru field with an unimaginable display of polychrome palmettes, to the corners with barbed leaf edges, and to the red border which decisively breaks into the guard border. Pile "islands" at each flat woven end. Excellent wool, upright short-clipped pile. Top condition. See less
