Vintage MCM copper and brass chafing dish on stand. Features long brass handle (rare) to keep your fingers safe from burns. Can be use directly over flame, or with lower water pan for indirect heat. Fueled by Sterno, with lid to shut fuel down.
Original recipe book and assembly diagram included.
Mr. Sohn was a German Jewish designer who fled Germany in 1936 for the US. His studio began in 1951.
