Hand-crafted in the early to mid 20th century, featuring a high quality dark brown leather exterior with wood runners, reinforced corners, straps and handles, mounted with patinated brass hardware, opening to spacious canvas-lined interior, the lid with envelope pocket. circa 1930

Nicely aged and heavily worn warm rich dark distressed patina. Age appropriate wear to leather, including creasing, scuffs and scratches consistent with age and heavy use do not detract from the aesthetics but add to the overall authenticity, antique character and charm that can only be acquired over long periods of time!
