This is a superb silver-plated compote dish that I purchased years ago in a small antique shop in Gloucestershire in Southwest England. It’s a beautiful pedestal silver plate centerpiece bowl or fruit bowl with lovely pierced details. Made by Ellis-Barker Silver Company, Established 1801.
Markings include the Ellis-Barker pineapple, indicating manufacture date from 1906 to 1912.
