Heis floor lamp by mason editions design: matteo fiorini dimensions: ø.32 x 190 cm materials: blown glass, nickel. Finishings: light grey, sage green, burgundy, black. Light source: g9 led bulbs voltage: 110-120 v 220 -240 v. The idea behind heis derives from quantum mechanics, and in particular, from heisenberg’s uncertainty principle. The concept of heis, a proposal that is composed of pure and rigorous forms – an iron tubular frame, a glass sphere in opal glass containing light, and metal disks – recalls the statement that establishes the limits of knowledge and measurement of a physical system. All our lamps can be wired according to each country.
