The n.3 series is the result of a profound analysis of the different types of vases found in the mediterranean basin, especially from ancient greece and rome. By using these as models, we have developed a series of new vases, combining ancient forms and shapes with experimental surface treatments featuring glazes and contemporary elements. These pieces are made of stoneware with grog from manises (valencia), using the plaster casting technique. Their surfaces are obtained by applying self-formulated glazes in various layers. This series consists of sets of 3 pieces with different dimensions, hues, textures, forms and shapes. this piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
