This unique carved wooden mirror has been artfully handcrafted in the period around 1880 out of basswood and comes with a fantastic looking brown surface sealed with a semi gloss varnish finishing. Beside the extraordinary protruding corners, this highly decorative tramp art mirror impresses with its great worked chip carved design - made in the so-called "notch cut" technique. The mirror plate has been renewed during the restoration process. A hand forged metal ring on the back makes wall mounting easy. See less
