I believe the medium is acrylic on canvas, exquisitely presented in a layered frame. The heavy wood custom frame is done in different layers of gold and red, and has great dimensional depth which highlight the focal point of the canvas.

Born in 1961, in Beersheba, Israel, Yoel studied art in Nice and
Contemporary style with elements of cubism and fauvism.
