A set of six Art Deco sterling silver spoons decorated with icy white guilloche enamel and yellow champlevé enamel accents. The mocha spoons bear the mark of Henry James Hulbert, an English importer of Norwegian silver, followed by the London import mark and date marks for 1933. Each silver spoon is decorated on either side of the handle and on the reverse of the bowl in exquisite white enamel with golden yellow accents. This stylish design was produced by two Norwegian master silversmiths, Marius Hammer and David Andersen. The spoons remain in a fitted, unmarked box with blue lining. This elegant set will elevate any tea or coffee service and make a truly memorable gift.
The box and spoons are in very good condition with traces of their original gilt surfaces. Each spoon measures 3.88 in. length The hinged box fastens closed with a metal clasp and measures 5.88 in width x 5.25 in. depth x 0.94 in. height.
