This is a Great Looking & Very Decorative Large Size Antique American Tall Ships Sail Rigging Block and Tackle - Pulley. Circa Late 19th Century. It was Made by The Boston & Lockport Block Company. It is Substantially Constructed Out of Hardwood,Wrought Iron & Cast Iron. It has Been Used Extensively Over The Years and Along the way it has Developed That Authentic Age and Use Acquired Rustic Appearance That Cannot be Duplicated. It is Still in Functional - Usable Condition. It Would Make a Unique and Interesting Decorator Item. It is Quite Heavy Weighing Just Slightly Under 10 Pounds.
It Measures Overall Approx. 18 inches Tall x 6 inches Long x 3 1/2 inches Wide.
