Original Sticker … Read more Incredible and rare Tobacco leaf pedestal by the famous Italian Interior Designer Giovanni Patrini (who passed in 1993). Original Sticker on the bottom reads: Giovanni Patrini - Compagnia del Tabacco. The Milan based company worked exclusively with Patrini on these rare Tabacco leaf pieces, often seen as smaller home accesories such as bookends and trays. Wonderfully large tabacoo leaves adorn the simply cylindrical volume, sealed with a thick clear coat that is in great original condition (some small chips and cracking at the base that is hard to see - see images). Wonderful statement piece for any interior, absolutely stunning piece of design history! The diameter of the main pedastal is 12" - the base part is 16" diameter and 2" tall. See less
