This is a large and high quality filigree brass ceiling or pendant light with "karakusa" scrolling arabesque patterns and an imperial chrysanthemum motif. Handcrafted from thick solid brass in Japan in the 1950s, this pendant has been refitted with brass triple light cluster for a more contemporary appeal. Newly wired. This fixture creates a playful pattern on walls and ceilings when lit. Stamped "Japan" on the hanging loop. Fixture uses three 40 watt max candelabra base "B" type bulbs.
Measures: 11.5" at widest diameter X 36" overall height as shown. 21.5" overall height of fixture to top of hanging loop. Overall height can be adjusted.
