This is part of Chairish’s Costume Jewelry assortment.
1950s Designer Mid Century Modern gold-plated link bracelet and matching clip-back earrings. The wildly three-dimensional design involves elliptical links with bubble motifs on the tips connected by wide ribbed bars; alternating atop those bars are tilted square-cut pastel crystals and white glass pearls surrounded by a ribbon swirl of gold. The shimmering crystals are done in shades of violet, citrine, peach, and aquamarine; the angled setting creates a symphony of color and light all around. The earrings emphasize the gold ribbon motif, with a peach square, a round aqua, and a pearl. This is mid-century fantasia jewelry at its most colorful and playful -- it's utterly delicious, and not for the faint of heart! Not signed, but most likely Alice Caviness or Hattie Carnegie. Flawless condition throughout. Bracelet, 7"L x 1"W x 0.5"H; earrings, 1.25"L x 1"W x 0.6"H.
