A mid 20 Century Accent size Malayer Rug with an all-over design on an Vintage white ground. Professionally Cleaned and able to endure heavy traffic if necessary.
This richness of motifs makes Vintage Malayer rugs endlessly interesting. The “boteh” or sprouting seed (a sign of rebirth and growth in nature) was a favorite motif of the Vintage rug weavers, sometimes covering the field in small rugs and runners.
