Mid century modern, surrealism painting titled "Supreme Judgement". Measures 18.5 × 23.5 inches with frame. Artwork is 16x20 inches.
Created by St. Louis artist, Richard E. Menges (REM). Circa '70s / '80s. Mr. Menges was a prolific painter, who displayed his works, but never sold them. He painted in acrylic and in the modern style, often with political/social overtones.
