Choba Tansu or Archive Cabinet from Japan (Taishō Era 大正時代). The two front panels can be opened by lifting them. Inside, the cabinet is divided, originally designed to store important documents.
At the bottom, there are two drawers with beautiful dragon-themed handles.
One of these handles is broken, which is not very distracting.
A beautiful authentic Japanese piece of furniture with history, bringing a touch of Japan into your interior.
