In remarkable Vintage condition. Amazing color!
A French majolica glazed water pitcher formed as a rooster, Clément, circa 1940 -1950. The Gallic rooster, in French: le coq gaulois, is an unofficial national symbol of France.
This earthenware Barbotine rooster is brightly glazed in red, orange and shades of green. His tail feathers form the handle, his mouth is the spout. Stamped makers mark and impressed mold No. 7630 3
