The top is made from two 19" wide wood planks. Each plank has a crack, but they are partial and are shown in the photos. That's one big tree! The nails are hand-forged. It's a sturdy table. See less

There is a space between the planks on top. Each plank has a crack that goes from the outside of the table towards the inside but does not go from one end of the table to the other end. Most of the nails are hand-forged. I can only assume the nails that are not hand-forged were from a repair. less
