The vessel has an expressive, slightly irregular form with a substantial handle and pronounced pouring spout. Its surface combines warm earthy tones with layered drip glazing and geometric textural decoration, giving this small functional form considerable visual presence.
The underside is signed “TL” and inscribed “5/80.” The numerical inscription may indicate a numbered series or edition, although its precise meaning has not been documented. The potter remains unidentified.

Variations in form, glaze and surface are characteristic of individually made studio pottery and contribute to the character of the piece. At approximately 6 inches high, it works equally well as a functional creamer, small pitcher or sculptural ceramic object.
