Weaved by local craftspeople in colombia. Dimensions: w 74 x d 66.2 x h 73 cm available in colors: olive - menta, honey - sand, purple - carne, black matt - black. Featuring gentle curves and intricate webbing, the circo lounge chair adds a touch of colorful elegance to indoor and outdoor spaces. A design by sebastian herkner, the comfortable and lightweight chair captures colombia's vibrancy and spirit with its intriguing color contrast of webbing and steel frame. Additional seat pads covered with premium fabrics by nya nordiska, suitable for indoor use or outdoor use, are available upon request. Each chair is made in santa marta, a city on the caribbean coast of colombia, by local craftspeople. They weave the pvc strings, which are made from recycled plastic, around a powder-coated tubular steel frame. The weaving technique the artesanos and artesanas use are called momposino, a traditional method known for intricate patterns. Just the preparation of all the materials takes 20 days, while the production of each chair takes two days. German designer sebastian herkner is a long-term collaborator of ames and has visited colombia multiple times to experience the country’s cities, nature and people first hand. He also visited many of the ateliers that ames has partnered with to learn about the unique traditional crafts of colombia's regions. A sought-after contemporary designer and recipient of many industry awards, he has worked with many international design brands, creating intriguing pieces that showcase his intuition for interesting material, color, and texture combinations. less

Orders where Free Local Pickup or Seller Managed Local Delivery were selected:
- Upon inspection, If you decide not to move forward with the purchase, you or your agent must refuse the item at the time of pickup/delivery from the seller
- Once you have taken possession of the item, all sales are final
- International, cross-border returns may require different processes depending on the countries between which the item is shipping to/from, and the buyer is responsible and duties (if applicable, on cross-border orders).
- On approved returns, the buyer is responsible for the full cost of return packing and shipping.
Cancellations

- Deliveries can take anywhere from 6 to 9 weeks to be delivered.
- Chairish Freight Delivery
