First edition of a gorgeous exhibition catalogue from Dulwich Picture Gallery, London in 2011. Feautiring the work of Cy Twombly and Nicolas Poussin, this catalogue draws upon one of the great strengths of the permanent collection of works by Poussin and ally this to an exhibition firmly rooted in the present. Beautiful plates of all Twombly and Poussin works from the exhibition, as well as essays by Nicholas Cullinan and others.

In 1624 and 1957 two artists, aged thirty, moved to Rome. Nicolas Poussin and Cy Twombly subsequently spent the majority of their lives in the Eternal City, and went on to become the preeminent painters of their day. This book looks at these two figures side by side for the first time, examining how the two painters, separated by three centuries, nonetheless engaged with shared interests and concerns.

- Chairish Freight Delivery
- Delivered in a crate, to your front door.

- Chairish Freight deliveries can take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks.
