Driving by a yard sale early in the morning on the Fourth of July. The owner isn't out yet. The sun filtering through the thick summer foliage hasn't had the chance to evaporate the morning dew. An American flag is planted among the items for sale. Another icon, a blue tarp, covers a table loaded with what we would assume are typical yard sale finds. A high chair that's no longer needed props up the yard sale sign.
"Yard Sale on the Fourth of July" is painted on three primed hollow core door panels with professional grade artist acrylics. The photos show how it's hung with a simple wood French cleat. Each panel is 80" high by 36" wide for a total of 80" high by 108" wide. Close up photos show how intentionally "messy" the paint is with colored drips from other areas of the painting falling on adjacent areas. From a distance the image reads quite tight but up close it's very painterly.
Please note: To bridge the gap between local and national delivery, I most likely would be able to extend the distance for free local delivery or add a nominal delivery fee if your location isn't too far from my studio.
