Drawn with pure charcoal chunks producing the blackest black. Beautiful contrast with large pure white shapes filling the page and veils of white paint overlaid. Loose but statuesque.
This style of drawing is usually done from a live model's pose in just a few minutes.
PLEASE NOTE: This piece is done on newsprint that has a slightly off-white/tan color. (warmer than shown here). Also paper is fairly thin and used generally for rapid poses. It's "work paper." Newsprint has a tendency to turn darker on exposure to too much light - so please do not put in direct sunlight.
