All of our rugs are cleaned in a professional rug laundry. The first step in cleaning is to tap the rug thoroughly to remove dust and any mites. The subsequent prewash with a pH-neutral soap removes stains. For the main wash, the rug is thoroughly washed by hand – a special soap protects the fibers and preserves the natural wool fat of the carpet. The first dewatering takes place by means of mechanical pressing and spinning, to let the rugs then dry in a constant air circulation.

The Chairish Buyer Guarantee ensures that you have complete peace of mind when

- Prior to shipping or local pickup, buyers may cancel an order for any reason, with the exception of some Made-to-Order items, where supplies have been purchased or work begun on the item.

- Chairish Express In-Home deliveries are currently only offered for international cross-border shipments.

- Delivered in a crate, to your front door.
