Antique bar pin featuring an antique cushion cut light blue faceted Sri Lanka Sapphire (approximately 2.59 carats) bezel set suspended by three leaf clover boarders terminating with rose cut diamond buds. The edges are gold coils similar to a safety pin. The mounting is silver on 14k yellow gold.
This piece is accompanied with a GIA cert which states the origin as Sri Lanka and that there is no heat.
