Milorad Bata Mihailović (1923 - 2011) was a Serbian painter. He studied at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Arts Belgrade. He was one of the young Serbian painters who founded the artistic community Zadar group. In 1952, together with his wife Ljubinka Jovanović, he left for Paris. He lived and worked alternately in Belgrade and Paris. He was one of the first representatives of Serbian postmodern art. He painted landscapes, still lifes, portraits, self-portraits and interiors. Since 1947, when Mihailović first exhibited his works in Belgrade, he has had about a hundred group exhibitions on all continents.
