It is composed of watercolor … Read more This beautiful still life is by the early and midcentury Hawaiian artist J. Llaine Colquhoun. It is composed of watercolor on heavy artist illustration board. The board looks like it is from the 1930s or 1940s, and the painting is in that deco modern style. The painting is in good condition. There are no surface defects such as holes, stains or tears, but it is very evenly toned. The painting measures 21"x29". It has a mat that measures 28.5"x37.5". The painting is attached to the acid free mat with masking tape. The mat goes well with the painting. If you are local, I will keep the painting attached to the mat. If shipping is required, I will ship the painting only, because the matted piece would be rather expensive to ship. If you want the mat, email me for a quote. I ship USPS Priority. See less
